This was beautifully put. I think that the man being really sprayed by the water hose and was still chipping away at the wall truly wanted East and West Berlin together again. Could you imagine you being separated from one or two of your family members for almost 45 years and not have single link of communication between them? That's absolutely amazing.
Das war sehr interessant. I wish I could be there to see part of the wall being taken down.
