This video follows a 12-year-old boy scout along with his scout troop as they first meet up, and then join in the Skt. Martins Parade. He's traveled quite a ways to attend, and at the end of the video, it's sure that he won't miss next year's parade either.

Is the theme the roman empire? Also, the only question I could really make out an answer to is the last one, which is no, he does not intend on burning his lantern.
