Short Film: "The Present"
In 2014, two German film students at the Filmakadamie Baden-Württemberg made this short film for their final project. The film has a happy ending, and so do the film's makers, because Jacob Frey and Markus Kranzler now work for Walt Disney Animation and Pixar Animation respectively.

The film has nothing to do with Germany or the German language. But it's worth a mention that Germany has five film schools. Keep a look out for what they produce.
