In many Olympic sports, German athletes are some of our top contenders. Over the years, Germany (actually both of them) have shared in the high end of medal counts.

Some we already know. Others, it looks like it will be fun to follow their careers, too.
Perhaps soon there will be other lists for individual sports, such as golf, biking, and race car driving, winter sports, and extreme sports. Let me know if you come across these!
